a. Do you work for clients abroad? If yes how?

c. How much and how do you charge?

GO-Gulf.com's pricing is transparent and come simply packaged; we have nothing to hide so below is what we typically charge for a variety of web project types based on our standard business process. Please view our packages.

We do not charge per number of pages, or based on size of company because such charges are often misleading and tricky, and we run an honest operation. We respect our clients' time and money.

And how do we charge, what is our payment policy?

Small / Medium sized projects: 50% when work starts, 30% payment once demo version launched, 20% remaining followed by our deployment.

Large / Bespoke web application projects: 35% when work starts, 35% on a mutually agreed intermediate milestone and 30% before a final project deployment.

Sometimes we are asked doing work before we are paid, please note, we don’t support “a free samples”, please read about 10 reasons.

Regarding payment methods, we are flexible – credit card, cash, cheque, bank transfer, or even barter if your offer fits our needs ;)

d. How many days you need to develop a website?

The development process depends on the package you choose and your requirements.

Average time is about 25-35 business days; we can do good websites in 7 days as well however we do require your feedback, so consider it as the net development time. The best would be to share with us your project brief and we will estimate accordingly.

e. What technologies do you work on?

We prefer to work on open-source technologies, which seem to have a bright future – specifically, technologies such as PHP, MySQL, XHTML, etc.

For example we won't fool you that we have "a custom made content management system named SuperTurboCMS or so" to justify that you need to spend more money and in fact using freely available open source CMS. Open-source technologies are cost-effective and supported by the community of developers worldwide. Nevertheless, we can accommodate your technology preference based on your requirements. In case we feel that we cannot do a good job, we are upfront about it, Quality, Ethics and Transparency drives our business!

g. Do you optimize websites for search engines (SEO)?

Yes, we do and we are very good in that. In fact, our all packages include FREE basic search engine optimization (SEO). We can perform advanced SEO as well; for advanced SEO, we have different packages depending on your targeted keywords, your current web site code, etc. Let us know and we will be happy to explain in details!

h. Do you provide hosting too? Can I use my preferred web host but have the site built by you?

Yes of course! Nevertheless only to clients who hire us to develop or modify their websites. We do not provide "pure hosting services" but we can certainly guide you or eventually help to setup your hosting, email accounts, database, etc.

Of course this would be possible. We like to play fair so once job is done, you are free to put your source code wherever you think it is best for you.

i. What if I want upgrades in the future or changes to a web project that has been developed by you or another agency?

It depends on the changes you require. We perform minor changes FREE of charge. However, if the time taken for these changes exceeds 1 working hour, we will prepare a written proposal for it, containing project plan, scope, costs, and terms and conditions.

What if I want upgrades or changes to a website that has been developed by another agency? Yes, we do work on websites developed by other vendors. However, such websites take longer to redo/modify.

j. I don’t know exactly what my requirements are. Can you help me?

Yes, of course and we will do it for free. Let us know and we'll be glad to help within 24 working hours.

k. How about the legal side - non-disclosure agreements, contracts, etc.?

Yes, naturally both are available and even more. This helps to keep our business relationship transparent, safe and organized.
